He’s a former Bachelor heartthrob, a devoted dad, and now, Tim Robards is proving he’s still got the physique of a man half his age.
The 42-year-old actor and personal trainer sent temperatures soaring as he stripped down to his designer underwear, showcasing his impressively ripped physique in a sizzling new social media campaign.
Tim left little to the imagination as he posed in a pair of sleek, new season Hugo Boss boxer briefs.
In a carousel of photos shared to his 246,000 followers on Thursday, Tim flaunted his sculpted abs, defined arms, and undeniably toned legs as he modelled the underwear in several workout poses beside an outdoor swimming pool.
‘Who needs clothes….’ he cheekily captioned the image series.
The Bachelor alum, who shares two children with wife Anna Heinrich, proved that fatherhood hasn’t slowed down his commitment to staying in peak physical condition.

‘I wonder what you look like with clothes on????’ his wife Anna teased in the comments section.
Not to be outdone in the banter stakes, Tim replied, ‘You’d leave me.’
‘The daddiest of all daddies,’ one follower added, while another quipped, ‘I suddenly need to start working out again.’
It was the TV personality’s male fans, though, who flooded the comments section with flirty remarks.
‘My pool is dirty get around here big rig,’ fitness trainer Luke Zocchi wrote.
‘Take it easy,’ warned interior designer Steve Cordnoy.
Tim has long been an advocate for healthy living, regularly sharing workout tips and fitness inspiration with his followers.
In an interview with GQ, Robards revealed some of his diet and exercise secrets.

Tim Robards showed off his strapping physique during a family day out at Sydney’s famed Bondi Beach in January
‘I’m not an all or nothing person, I don’t count calories and I don’t write down everything I eat,’ he told the magazine.
‘I’m all about balance, and so that’s the basis of my 7-2-1 philosophy, and the process is as follows: I try to make sure 70 per cent of the foods I eat are super clean — meaning totally fresh. 20 per cent of foods should be sensible, so, for example, if I do want to eat spaghetti bolognaise I’ll compromise with wholewheat pasta and make sure to throw in some vegetables.
‘And then 10 per cent of the foods I eat can be relaxed, which means I’m not really thinking about it too much.’
He emphasises the importance of consistent exercise, focusing on a combination of strength training and cardio.
As his wife Anna cheekily pointed out, this photoshoot isn’t the first time Tim has stripped off to the delight of his social media following.
Tim has a professional relationship with Hugo Boss and often showcases their clothing in red carpet appearances and in collaborations like this one.
‘My vision board had the ‘BOSS’ logo on it for many years, and it’s now a privilege to get to work and hang out with the team from a brand I’ve loved since I learnt to walk in a suit…’ he captioned a recent post.
