Nykaa’s parent company, FSN E-Commerce Ventures, reported a 192.64% surge in net profit to Rs 20.28 crore for Q4FY25; revenue rose 23.61% YoY to Rs 2,061.76 crore.
Shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd, the parent company of Nykaa, fell by 0.68% to close at Rs 203.25 apiece on the BSE on Friday.
Nykaa Q4 Results: FSN E-Commerce Ventures, the parent company of Nykaa, on Friday reported a 192.64 per cent surge in consolidated net profit to Rs 20.28 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2025. Its revenue from operations during January-March 2025 jumped 23.61 per cent to Rs 2,061.76 crore, against Rs 1,667.98 crore in the year-ago period.
The net profit had stood at Rs 6.93 crore a year ago.
However, sequentially, Nykaa’s net profit declined 22.36 per cent during the March 2025 quarter against Rs 26.12 crore in Q3FY25. Its fell 9 per cent QoQ, against Rs 2,267.21 crore in Q3FY25.
The company’s EBITDA rose 43 per cent YoY to Rs 133 crore during the quarter under review, while EBITDA margin rose 90 bps YoY to 6.5 per cent in Q4FY25.
The company’s gross merchandise value (GMV) jumped 27 per cent YoY to Rs 4,102 crore in the March 2025 quarter.
Shares of FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd on Friday fell by 0.68 per cent to close at Rs 203.25 apiece on the BSE.
