Those waiting in the never-ending line have just received worrying news.

It appears Oasis tickets are ‘still available but inventory is now limited’.

Ticketmaster has warned hopefuls that ‘not all ticket prices are available’.

After spending hours in a queue that is moving at a snail’s pace, hundreds of Oasis fans are giving up.

Andrew, who has been in line for tickets for three hours, told MailOnline that it was a ‘complete disaster’ due to Ticketmaster’s ‘bad planning and lack of communication.’

He has decided to give up on his position in line and watch his chances of securing Oasis tickets slide away…

Although Ticketmaster claims their site has not crashed, it appears Oasis fans are receiving some brand new error messages when attempting to purchase tickets.

One man tweeted that he got an error message saying he was ‘already in line’.

Astrid from London told MailOnline that she got to the front of the queue for Oasis tickets at Wembley just before 10am this morning ‘just to be kicked out’.

‘Haven’t even been able to join the queue again since,’ she said. ‘Apparently, Ticketmaster now thinks I’m a bot (I’m not, obviously).

‘The same happened to pretty much all of my friends. The only (very few) people I know that managed to get tickets are based outside the UK.’

IT experts say there is a ‘huge possibility’ that high numbers of Oasis tickets are being purchased by computer bots at once.

Ticket re-sellers often use automated software to buy more tickets for events than they are allowed, only to sell them on at higher prices.

Jake Moore, global cybersecurity adviser at software security firm Eset said some groups have the right software and knowledge to manipulate ticket websites, and even use bots to ‘swoop in and purchase high numbers of tickets at once’.

Many people used social media to say that they had been suspended from the Ticketmaster website as they were assumed to be a bot.

Mr Moore said: ‘Bots mimic the activity of real users and even manipulate their location using off-the-shelf software such as a VPN.

‘This is usually counteracted using bot detection software but this can often produce false positives when real users are assumed to be bots themselves.’

Industry expert Adam Leon Smith of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, said the inevitable popularity of the Oasis reunion was ‘bound’ to lead to website glitches.

Mr Leon Smith said using automated tools or bots is the ‘most common way’ of making money from tickets in 2024.

The band have already warned fans against buying tickets outside of Ticketmaster and Twickets.

But now the managing director of ticket resell website Viagogo has defended selling Oasis tickets at an inflated price.

Cris Miller said: ‘This is a dream event anticipated by millions worldwide.

‘Our number-one tip for fans using secondary marketplaces is to continue to check prices outside of the first few weeks of sale.

‘Demand will be at its peak when tickets hit the on-sale but it’s not a normal reflection of what tickets can and will go for. Just this summer tickets for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour in the UK sold on our platform for as low as £80.’

He added: ‘In the case of Oasis – a highly anticipated event – we saw the primary sites struggling to manage demand even before the on-sale, and site crashes.

‘We know fans are frustrated with the process and we know there is a better way. We continue to support industry collaboration to ensure the entire ticketing market works for fans and the live entertainment industry.

‘Resale is legal in the UK and fans are always protected by our guarantee that they will receive their tickets in time for the event or their money back.’

Wheelchair users have expressed their dismay at trying (and failing) to get tickets to the Oasis gig at Wembley.

Accessible tickets for the London venue are available to book through a phone number – which no one seems to be picking up.

An exasperated fan tweeted: Trying to get wheelchair accessible tickets plus also in the queue – no answer from the number. What’s going on Wembley?’

She shared a screenshot of her call log, showing she has attempted to call the venue 77 times.

One wheelchair user said: ‘I’ve given up trying to get Oasis tickets for Wembley.

‘Nearly 1000 calls and cant get through. The amount of hoops you have to jump through to get a wheelchair ticket is ridiculous.

‘I’m sure they’d rather have 5 or six people crammed in standing at £150 each instead of a wheelchair!’

Another Oasis fan said: ‘Been trying to get disability access tickets for Oasis at Wembley for nearly two hours and only get an engaged tone…not even in a queue.’

She revealed she had called Wembley’s accessibility line 1,155 times already this morning.

Oasis fans have now started to turn each other as they hurl accusations that Gen Z have nabbed all the tickets, despite being too young to remember the band’s heyday.

Furious supporters claim they have lost out on the chance to see the return of the Britpop band’s reunion to ‘fake’ fans who ‘only know Wonderwall’.

Thousands of Oasis fans have been waiting in line to get tickets for hours now, with many mourning the ‘good old days’ when you would physically queue outside record stores for gig tickets.

Some suggested an in-person queue would move faster than the current one on Ticketmaster.

Daniel tweeted: ‘Might be time to bring back actually queuing outisde a record shop for tickets because clearly Ticketmaster, SeeTickets and GigsandTours can’t be trusted.’

Another distraught fan said: ‘At this rate it would have been quicker to ask Mr Sifter to sell the tickets in his record shop! The queue would have gone down quicker.’

Other Oasis fans have passed the time in the virtual queue by recreating Definitely Maybe’s iconic album cover.

Some 14 million users are expected to try for a chance at 1.4 million tickets today, giving slim hopes of securing a date, and with sites already fraught with issues.

Passing the time, some went online to vent their frustration – or to take a cheap shot at devotees counting down their place in online queues.

The first Oasis tickets went on sale at 7pm yesterday for the lucky few who managed to get a pre-sale code.

Rosa from Spain told MailOnline that she was lucky enought to get tickets in the pre-sale but that the process was ‘quite chaotic’.

She said: ‘The whole thing took me three hours. You basically purchased the tickets without really knowing what you would get as the different options were not explained beforehand clearly anywhere.

‘Some of the tickets offered were quite “bad” for the price.

‘I got kicked out of the queue twice for taking too long to decide. Then, I had problems during payment as the payment system didn’t accept a Spanish zip code. Ticketmaster didn’t accept my Paypal account either.

‘In the end after trying again and again I refreshed the website and the payment went through with my debit card.’

In the end, Rosa paid £1,015 for two tickets including the pre-show party and an exhibition fan package.

‘Those are not the tickets that I wanted,’ Rosa said. ‘But I had no other option. In the end, I feel very lucky!

‘I already booked the hotel and I am all ready for the countdown.’

A spokesperson for Ticketmaster said their site has not crashed.

They said: ‘The queue is moving along as fans buy tickets. As anticipated, millions of fans are accessing our site so have been placed in a queue.

‘Fans are advised to hold their place in line, make sure they’re only using one tab, clear cookies, and ensure they aren’t using any VPN software on their device.’

Although the chance of getting Oasis tickets is slowly sliding away, some fans are choosing not to look back in anger and making light of the stressful situation.

Kirsty from Brighton told MailOnline: ‘I am in the queue on Ticketmaster – whether I get tickets or not – it has been the best morning on all my group chats – school friends, uni pals, cousins, family chats – we are all talking about it, laughing and making the best of this ridiculous ticket buying experience!’

Kirsty tells us she is currently sitting at 116,155 in line.

Another Oasis fan simply sent MailOnline this picture with the caption: ‘Every man and his dog trying to get an Oasis ticket this morning.’

Tickets are officially being sold via Ticketmaster, GigsAndTours, and See Tickets, however, the band’s reunion concert tickets have already been relisted on ticket exchange and reselling websites for thousands of pounds.

On Friday evening, Oasis tickets for Wembley Stadium were listed on Viagogo for up to £5,909 while some tickets at the London venue, listed under ‘Hospitality Club’, were on sale for £10,578 on StubHub.

Oasis have tweeted the same message for the second time. They must really mean it…

The band said: Please note, Oasis Live ‘25 tickets can only be resold at face value via Ticketmaster and Twickets.

‘Tickets appearing on other secondary ticketing sites are either counterfeit or will be cancelled by the promoters.’

Lucky Oasis fans have shared their joy at being among the first to nab tickets for the long-awaited comeback tour despite the overwhelming odds and ticket site crashes.

Some 14 million devotees from around the world are believed to have joined the queue for general sale – competing for a chance at one of around 1.4 million tickets.

The fight to the front has been marred by the collapse of popular ticket sites, overwhelmed by interest from desperate fans logging on this morning.

Those who beat the odds to claim a ticket took to social media to celebrate their success – or gloat over those still waiting.

One fan wrote: ‘What was all the fuss about? Logged on, tickets bought for 2 dates and back to my bed.’

Heartbroken fans have been messaging MailOnline following the repeated tech failures.

Lindsey Cook said she was ‘gutted’ as she was first place in the queue before TicketMaster crashed and went down.

Abby Hardman said her and her Manchester born and bred sister are on holiday and Ticketmaster kept blocking them and calling them bots, adding: ‘There should be a way this is avoided as it’s not a fair game otherwise!’

Chloe Spence said she was been left ‘extremely angered’ after she was kicked off Ticketmaster while number 200,000 in the queue.

Susan Miles said: ‘Been trying to log in to my ticketmaster account since 8.10am. Not happening.’

Marlie Duff said: ‘I woke up early to be ready and when a waiting room dropped I pressed join and it crashed and I got kicked out and then I joined a queue to get into the website and when it finally loaded it crashed and I got kicked out of that too.’

Veronica said: ‘I logged on at 5.30am as my son really wants to go and see them. Count down was on and at 8.52 error came up and now I can’t even log into the site.’

Fans have reported seeing messages of ‘website not found’ on TicketMaster, with others say they have seen an ‘Error 503’ which usually indicates a webpage is unable to handle any more connections.

Coincidence? I think not.

Oasis ticket-selling websites are experiencing issues on Saturday morning as the band’s reunion tour goes on general sale.

Issues were encountered on the ticketmaster.ie page for the two shows at Dublin Croke Park shows, which went on sale at 8am.

Instead of a page opening to buy tickets, an error number was displayed, which usually indicates a webpage is unable to handle any more connections.

Fans took to X to share their disappointment.

One said: ‘Ticketmaster is a laugh. I’m currently in the queue to get into a queue, to get into another queue. So basically my chances of going to the moon are greater than getting Oasis tickets.’

While another plainly described it as ‘absolute shambles’.

A new younger generation will now experience Oasis for the first time. Expect tickets to fly out. Yet what does this mean for the band’s legacy?

It was very telling that in a recent interview, Noel mourned the passing of those incredible early years when the band reached out to so many people with real meaning. ‘I would give anything to get those days back,’ he sighed.

I know what he means. I was lucky enough to be there when it took off, having bonded with Noel over music and football. Noel, at that point, was level-headed and fun and simply refused to take things seriously.

Herman told us he managed to grab tickets for the Dublin show – all the way from Holland.

Herman told MailOnline: ‘I joined the queue on two different accounts, one from PC and one from the phone.

On the first I got placed at 6304 and the second at 301000, so I guess I got lucky.

‘Still took 25 minutes to get them with 6000 ahead of me (and they first tried to offer limited view tickets which I then released to get better ones).’

Millions of fans are currently in line for tickets to the Oasis reunion.

One distressed Oasis fan told MailOnline: ‘I have been refreshing the page hoping to join the Q early and success. I joined the queue at 17,572.

‘Couldn’t anticipate my excitement when it hit #1 in the queue. Stomach churning with happiness once again and whole body shaking.

‘Then everything crashes. Cannot even secure a place in the queue for Dublin. let alone enter the website.

‘I am utterly devastated and in a panic trying to get back into the queue.’

She told MailOnline that the Oasis tickets were a suprise gift for her fiance’s 40th birthday.

‘It’s not happening,’ she said.

UK tickets are now on general sale through Gigs and Tours, ticketmaster.co.uk, gigsinscotland.com and seetickets.com.

At exactly 9am, Oasis themselves tweeted: ‘Tickets are on sale now.’

As some Oasis fans gloat with their pre-sale tickets in hand, others have taken to X to share their ticketing horror stories.

One man said: ‘Got to the front of the queue for Oasis tickets for Dublin and then kicked out with an error message.’

Other users faced the same ‘highly frustrating’ tech error.

Thousands of lucky fans received a code for the pre-sale ballot, allowing them to get Oasis tickets between 7pm and 10pm last night.

Those who got tickets in the pre-sale have taken to social media and are rubbing it in the faces of hopefuls still in the queue.

One wrote: ‘Cannot tell you how good it feels knowing I’ve already got Oasis tickets.’

Another said: ‘I’ve got four tickets and I only know Wonderwall!’

Amid the chaos, Ticketmaster has offered some words of wisdom.

Replying to a fan who was unable to purchase tickets for the Oasis show in Dublin, Ticketmaster said: ‘Please make sure you are only using one tab, clear your cookies, and ensure you aren’t using any VPN software on your device.’

They repeated this advice quite a few times.

And now it appears there’s a queue for the Oasis queue itself!

Users clicking on the Ticketmaster website are being greeted with this message:

‘Many fans are currently using our site, so you have been placed in a queue. When it’s your turn, you will automatically be able to browse events and shop for tickets. Thank you for your patience.’

One impatient man tweeted: ‘In a queue to get on site… joke man.’

Oasis are set to play at Croke Park in Dublin on August 16 and 17 next year.

The arena has a capacity of approximately 82,000.

It appears more than 550,000 hopefuls are in the queue for tickets.

Sharing her eye-watering position in line, one fan tweeted: ‘I think it’s definitely maybe… a no!’

It appears some fans have been blocked from buying tickets entirely – because ‘something about your browsing behaviour or network made us think you were a bot.’

One angry fan said: ‘What the hell Ticketmaster! I signed up and registered to buy Oasis tickets and they have blocked me! I AM NOT A BOT!’

It has not been announced who will be performing with Liam and Noel as part of Oasis.

But speaking exclusively to MailOnline from his mother’s hometown of Kinnetty, Ireland, today, McCarroll revealed that his former bandmates had not yet been in touch with him, telling MailOnline: ‘They haven’t reached out yet and to be honest I’m not holding my breath.

‘Would I consider being involved? I don’t know. At the end of the day I’m not the only ex-member left behind, so I’ll just crack on.

‘I haven’t made up my mind if I’m going to watch them play next year either. I was at their last ever gig in the UK at the V Festival. It’s weird and ironic that I was there at the first and last gig.

‘I think we all knew it was going to happen and it had to happen.

‘Whether it’s been a blag for 15-years I haven’t got a clue. They’re brothers at the end of the day- maybe their mum Peggy clashed their heads together and said “sort it out”

Fans are reporting IT issues that are preventing them from logging in to Ticketmaster entirely – and only one show has gone on sale!

As people anxiously wait in a virtual line for the chance to grab Oasis tickets to their Dublin concert next August, they have taken to X to share their thoughts.

One distressed fan said: ‘Oasis in Dublin is the wildest queue I’ve ever seen – can’t imagine what London will look like.’

Ticketmaster said there are 472,090 people ahead of them.

Another person reported being 539,937th in line – ouch!

Tickets have now gone on sale for the Dublin show, with fans still reporting issues with the tech.

Today’s passes for next summer’s shows will be hard to get with bookmakers putting the odds of landing one of the 1.4million tickets at just 14/1.

Tickets for the band’s 15 UK shows in London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Cardiff are to go on general sale at 9am on Saturday, while the sale for their two Dublin gigs will launch an hour earlier at 8am this morning.

The band had to reassure fans earlier in the week that confirmation emails would be sent to those who had entered the pre-sale ballot after they claimed to receive an ‘unprecedented volume’ of interest.

1. Sign up to the pre-sale ballot by 7pm Wednesday.
2. Verify your account. Add your phone number and confirm a one-time passcode.
3. Have your card details saved to avoid a last-minute panic. Your spot will only be held for 10 minutes if you get to the front of the queue.
4. Make sure your devices are all charged before the deadline.
5. Ensure your internet connection is strong. Ask others in your household to stay off the Wi-Fi and reset your router before the ticket sale.
6. Don’t refresh the page while in the waiting room. It won’t move you further up the queue, the page updates itself automatically.
7. Stay vigilant and be aware of scammers.
8. Sit near your Wi-Fi router and restart it ahead of trying for tickets. Make sure you do this in advance.
9. If your Wi-Fi is always slow, it might be a good option to switch to mobile data – especially if you have 5G.
10. Make sure you are registered with the relevant ticket agencies before Saturday’s sale. UK tickets will be sold through Ticketmaster, Gigs and Tours and See Tickets. Ireland tickets will be sold on Ticketmaster.

Oasis fans were left fuming last night after resale tickets were being flogged for thousands of pounds just minutes after the first people in the country managed to secure passes for next summer’s UK tour.

Greedy ticket touts immediately set to work reselling tickets at sky-high prices of up to £10,000. FanFair Alliance – a group opposing ‘industrial scale’ secondary ticketing – said that they found 80 tickets hoping to make a staggering £200,000 within 20 minutes of the presale.

Some are now being flogged for well over £6,000 each for the gig at London’s Wembley Stadium. Others, for hospitality clubs, can be found at a stunning £10,578 for two people.

This is despite the most expensive ticket initially being up for grabs for £506.25 – with gigs in the capital starting at £74.25.

‘Devastated’ Oasis fans who were not selected for yesterday’s early access sale are now preparing for this morning’s ‘Ticketmaster bloodbath’ for tickets to the hotly-anticipated shows in Britain and Ireland next summer.

However, many are now feeling ‘gutted’ and ‘heartbroken’ after the band confirmed that ‘all ticket ballot codes have now been sent out to fans’.

But despite having ‘heavy hearts’ many are gearing up for the ‘Ticketmaster battle’ today at 8am and planning their strategies for the general sale queue that they fear will cause the site to ‘crash’.

Oasis fans are ecstatic after Noel and Liam Gallagher sensationally confirmed the band would be reforming for a mammoth tour around the UK and Ireland.
