Olivia Attwood has revealed she’s ‘nervous’ to show her face on social media after undergoing a string of ‘tweakments’ over the festive period.
Following a busy end to 2024, the former Love Island star, 33, said she made the most of her time off by refreshing her appearance, but has held off sharing the results with her followers due to fears she’ll ‘knock them sick.’
Olivia shared that after ringing in the New Year, she’s just days away from heading back to work, and it’s been ‘nice to put herself back together’ with some downtime.
Posting a snap of her dog Lola, Olivia wrote: ‘I have been so in my off season you have no idea. So nervous about my ability to rejoin society tbh.
‘That’s why I haven’t actually showed my face on here because I didn’t want to knock you sick.
‘So many aeshtetic beauty/wellness/detox treatments have been done I feel like one of those jelly aliens 90s babies used to play with.

‘I was partying so much over nov/early December it was nice to put myself back together tbh because the schedule from hell kicks back in.’
Olivia did go onto share that one of the treatments she opted to have was vascular spider vein removal, a laser treatment that helps to eliminate prominent veins.
Posting a short video of the procedure, Olivia wrote: ‘Something I wanted to sort out in my ”off season” lol was these bloody spider veins that keep popping up. I think a lot of the ones on my chest stem from old sun damage.
‘So my lovely @sadaf_jaffari did vascular spider vein removal by Cutera. And honestly… they disappeared before my eyes, with virtually no downtime.’
It came after Olivia shut down the constant questions she receives about starting a family with a stern response in an Instagram post on Monday.
The 33-year-old TV presenter and reality star declared ‘enjoy the feral workaholic, binge-drinking rat while you can’ as she responded to the questions about babies.
While she is grateful for the support and love from the fans keen to know about her future plans, Olivia spoke shared her frustration over how many times she gets asked.
Olivia, renowned for her 2017 stint on Love Island, is famed for her many television shows on ITV, So Wrong, It’s Right podcast and regular appearances on Loose Women.

The beauty, who is married to footballer Bradley Dack, insisted she is only committed to focusing on her work and marriage rather than a baby anytime soon.
Following a Q&A, Olivia wrote: ‘I had such a big reaction to that baby question and people were like oh you should ignore that 1 one odd person- but just to put in perspective…
‘If I do a question box and I got 500 questions, 100 would be about babies I f*** you not. I will screen record next time. But my 2 pence on this matter is…’
She added: ‘Where I am concerned *me personally* I do not take offence. A big part of what I do and the success of it is bringing you guys into my life.
‘And sharing some of my most private moments – my wedding, my home, my family, through my TV shows, my podcast, here on Instagram.
‘Your in it with me – and I therefore get it!! Your excited about that next chapter of my life and when it will start and I actually love you for it. However >>>
‘It is a bit boring!!!! There is so much to be excited about right now! I am doing things nobody thought I would (least of all me)
‘And I don’t have heart ache around motherhood because it’s not something I have yearned for – my love and my energy is all 100% for my career and my husband and getting the f****** bag [laughing emoji].
‘And therefore that question rolls off my back – however for many women that is not the case! So we HAVE to start being more delicate with this line of questioning.
‘Bringing humans into the world is very gangsta and f*** me do I respect the s*** out of mothers – but it’s not the only reason for women to live and breath. We can do loads of cool s*** now FYI!!!!
‘And you will be wishing I had made Brad pull out when I’m in mother era – so enjoy the feral workaholic / binge drinking rat while you can. The end xxxx love you xxxx’
Olivia went from competing in an ITV reality show to hosting her own in less than six years – with her latest show Bad Boyfriends airing this year.
While many former Love Island contestants have struggled when coming to terms with overnight fame, the Celebs Go Dating star revealed she found the whole process ‘freeing’.

Olivia, who had started work as a Grid Girl for Monster aged 19, previously said on Caroline Hirons Glad We Had This Chat podcast: ‘I was working for a lot of like energy drink companies going around doing the F1, and it was a very restrictive existence.
‘We all had to look the same, we had to have the set nail colour, the set hair colour. There was one uniform size. It was a pressure.
‘It was like water off a duck’s back. So coming out of Love Island, I did have the experience of going in with however many thousand followers and coming out on like a million, so that was very surreal.
‘But I found the whole thing quite freeing because for the first time ever, it was me as an individual and what I had to say people cared about.
‘It was exciting and I think I adapted pretty well you know, the hardest part of me coming out of that show was the relationship and trying to naviate that, and then that fell apart and that was just messy.’
