OnePlus 13 launch is around 24 hours from now and the product hype is well and truly in full force. The new flagship lineup will also have the OnePlus 13R model that could be lining up as an affordable flagship option for the buyers. Going by the teasers, the OnePlus 13 series is getting a big design makeover, which includes a flat display that has become the go-to trend for most brands these days.
OnePlus will once again have the Hasselblad-tuned cameras on board and OxygenOS 15 version out of the box for the market. But will all these changes and upgrades come with a big price hike or will OnePlus keep it exciting for the buyers?
OnePlus 13 Series Price In India: What To Expect
The OnePlus 13 series is launching on January 7 in India and as per multiple reports and leaks, the flagship OnePlus phone could be priced around Rs 68,000 in India. This figure is given for the base model so expect the higher variant to cost under Rs 75,000 mark.
These numbers suggest that OnePlus would have to increase the price of the new phone. The upgrade to the Snapdragon 8 Elite 5G chipset might have something to do with that. On the other hand, the OnePlus 13R with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset could be available in India for a starting price of Rs 40,000 which will definitely get people interested.
The company seems to have hit a roadblock with its growth in the Indian market, even though it has the affordable Nord series available. However, the new OnePlus 13 series comes with a new promise, most importantly, the lifetime screen warranty for the dreaded green line issue.
