An influencer who created the ‘Gen-Z Playboy Mansion’ has hit back at concerned parents who called her a ‘bad influence’ on today’s youth.

OnlyFans sensation Sophie Rain shot to fame last year after claiming that she’d made $43million on the platform.

The social media star then used her earnings to rent a Miami mansion dubbed the ‘Bop House’, where she and other OnlyFans models create content together.

But while it has become a huge hit online – with over three million followers on TikTok and Instagram – the venture has concerned some parents, who are worried about the influence that Sophie and her friends are having on their followers.

‘I don’t think it’s fair to blame us for what children and teenagers watch on TikTok and to call us a bad influence,’ said Sophie who boasts over 17million followers online.

‘We aren’t out here trying to be the perfect Gen-Z role models, we are just enjoying our lives and making money,’ she continued.

‘It’s not our responsibility to parent other people’s children. They should be monitoring what their children watch and limit their access if they think it’s an issue.’

A defiant Sophie added, ‘I’m not here to babysit other people’s kids.’

The Bop House girls usually share videos of themselves dancing or other light-hearted clips on social media, while their raunchier content is saved for OnlyFans.

However, parents and parenting experts are arguing that children may still be able to access adult content online.

‘In an ideal world, kids wouldn’t be accessing social media until they are 16 and better able and mature enough to understand what they are seeing and what it all means, but the reality is that kids are accessing social media platforms from as young as seven years old and parents need to take responsibility for that,’ said parenting expert Kirsty Ketley.

‘I think parents have to expect that if they allow social media, that kids will come across all sorts of content that isn’t age appropriate and they should expect negative consequences because of it.’

Giselle Elsom, the managing editor of the London-based social media agency, Truffle Social, added, ‘One of the main concerns parents face is accessibility that their children have to content they might otherwise want to limit.

‘The women in the Bop House are leveraging their other, more public social platforms, such as Instagram and TikTok, to promote their OnlyFans accounts, making their content even more accessible,’ she continued.

‘With a combined social media following of over 33 million on these channels, their reach is already massive.

‘This makes it increasingly difficult to monitor their content, as engagement will only grow, pushing their posts onto more people’s Explore and For You pages.’

The current Bop House residents are co-founders Sophie Rain and Aishah Sofey, as well as Camilla Araujo, Julia Filippo, Summer Iris and Ava Reyes.

The property, which costs the group $60,000 per month to rent, stretches across 5,173 sq ft with five bathrooms, a private rooftop pool with 180-degree views, floor to ceiling glass windows, marble flooring and a lift.

There are also three parking spaces and a 24-hour valet.

Sophie added: ‘Most of our videos are just trends that millions of other people are doing.

‘To see any of our X rated content you have to go onto other platforms which are 18 plus. At the end of the day, we’re here to entertain.’

She finished, ‘People will always have opinions but we don’t let them bother us.’

Sophie, 20, claims to have hit $50million in net earnings on OnlyFans since joining the site in 2023.

‘I post some explicit stuff, but not as explicit as people may think,’ she previously explained to DailyMail.com.

‘I am still a virgin and don’t fit in the regular “porn star” category. I see myself more of the girl next door who happens to have an OnlyFans, but one that has so much more to offer than just my own body.’

Sophie’s bank balance has raised some eyebrows among other adult content creators, including podcaster Adam22, who accused her of fabricating the figures for clout.

‘They’re welcome to question and think I’m lying because it just solidifies in my brain that what I’m doing with my career is next level and that I’m insanely successful,’ she boasted.

‘I’m so lucky to be where I am and I know this is not normal to be earning $50million dollars.’
