Pakistan on Wednesday summoned an Indian Diplomat and handed over a demarche to him, showing protest against the Indian strikes on terror camps at nine locations across Pakistan and PoK. The strikes were carried out nearly two weeks after the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people — 25 Tourists and one local — were killed.
India on late Tuesday night precisely targeted terror camps in Pakistan and PoK that was being used by terror outfits like Laskar-e-Toiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed for training terrorists and as hideouts. Sources said the strikes were carefully calibrated, with precision targeting and were monitored by Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself.
