Ingredients

  • Sea salt (adjust quantity based on the size of your lips)
  • 100 percent pure vegetable glycerin
  • Rose water

Instructions

Combine the ingredients in a bowl and gently massage the mixture onto your lips. Wipe off the blend, and you’re all set!

Body Scrub

Priyanka described the body scrub as both an exfoliator and a hydrating agent, emphasizing that it moisturizes and helps heal the skin. She recommended testing it on the hands first to check for any allergic reactions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gram flour
  • A generous scoop of plain yogurt
  • Milk
  • Lemon
  • Sandalwood powder

Instructions

She advised combining the gram flour and yogurt first, then adding a splash of lemon juice and a bit of milk. Lastly, she recommended incorporating a small amount of sandalwood powder and turmeric, cautioning that turmeric might leave a slight yellowish tint, so it’s important to use it sparingly. Once everything is well-mixed, the paste should be applied to the body and left to dry. After it dries, scrub it off to exfoliate, followed by a shower. Priyanka also suggested that those with oily skin could opt for skim milk or low-fat/no-fat yogurt for a lighter alternative.

  • Honey
  • 1 egg

She explained how to mix a generous scoop of yogurt with a teaspoon of honey in a bowl, then crack an egg into the mixture and combine thoroughly. Once prepared, the mixture should be applied to the scalp and left on for 30 minutes. Later, rinse it off with baby shampoo or warm water.
