The leader of Russia’s Chechnya region, Ramzan Kadyrov, published a video of himself driving a Tesla Cybertruck on August 17. The video shows a machine gun mounted on top of the Tesla Cybertruck with Kadyrov saying it will soon be sent to Ukraine conflict zone. Kadyrov praised both the vehicle and Tesla Motors chief executive Elon Musk, calling him the “strongest genius of modern times.” He described the vehicle as “undoubtedly one of the best cars in the world. I literally fell in love.”
