A pinch of salt
A handful of ice cubes
200 ml chilled light lager beer (a crisp one like a pilsner works well)
Mint sprigs and mango slices, for garnish
Method:
In a shaker, mix the mango pulp, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously with ice to chill and blend the flavors. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
