Beer Shandy

Ingredients:

1/2 pint Proost Strong Beer (6.8% ABV)

1/2 glass chilled lemonade

A dash of lime juice

Mint leaves, for garnish

Ice cubes

Grab a tall chilled glass. Fill it halfway with cold lemonade, add a dash of lime juice, and gently top it off with Proost Strong Beer—watch the fizz dance! Drop in some mint leaves and ice cubes. Stir once with flair. This beer shandy is your ultimate chill pill for rainy rooftop parties or balcony vibes.

Beer Mojito

Ingredients:

1/2 pint Bad Monkey Strong Beer (approx. 8% ABV)

Fresh mint leaves

1 tbsp sugar

Juice of half a lime

Soda (optional, for extra fizz)

Crushed ice

Process:

Muddle the mint, lime juice, and sugar in a sturdy glass. Fill the glass with crushed ice and slowly pour in the Bad Monkey to keep the fizz alive. Add a splash of soda if you’re in the mood for extra bubbles. Stir gently. It’s a mojito gone wild—monsoon madness in a mug!

Mango Highballer

Ingredients:

60 ml mango pulp (preferably Alphonso for richness)

15 ml fresh lime juice

5 ml honey or agave syrup (optional, if you prefer it sweeter)

A pinch of salt

A handful of ice cubes

200 ml chilled light lager beer (a crisp one like a pilsner works well)

Mint sprigs and mango slices, for garnish

Method:

In a shaker, mix the mango pulp, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt. Shake vigorously with ice to chill and blend the flavors. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Slowly top it up with Medusa Premium Strong and give it a gentle stir to keep the fizz intact. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a thin slice of mango on the rim.

Highland Zing

60 ml DOAAB Limited Edition Single Malt Whisky

60 ml fresh orange juice

1 wedge of lime

2 slices fresh ginger

Ginger ale, to top

Garnish: orange slice, mint sprig

Method:

Build over ice in a tall glass. Add whisky and juice, squeeze in the lime, snap in the ginger, top with ginger ale, and stir with flair. Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig. Serve it beside spiced kebabs and watch conversations unfold.

(G)LITCHI

Ingredients:

45 ml TERAI Litchi & Mulberry Gin

5–6 fresh cucumber chunks

3–4 fresh basil leaves

A dash of citrus (lime or lemon juice)

Method:

In a shaker, softly muddle the cucumber and basil to release their aromas. Add TERAI Litchi & Mulberry Gin along with a splash of citrus. Shake with ice and fine strain into a chilled vessel. Garnish with either a fresh basil sprig or a cucumber ribbon.

Presentation: Fresh, aromatic, and a little playful on the herbaceous elements, this cocktail is a refreshing twist on summer drinking.
