Ram Kapoor, who was once well-known for having a sleeker, fuller body in popular serials like Bade Achhe Lagte Hain and Kasamh Se, never ceases to surprise viewers with his fitness transformation. The actor once again astounded fans on April 29 when he shared a new batch of images on Instagram that demonstrated that he is ageing backwards.
Ram Kapoor shared a photo of his body transformation, this time without a shirt. The actor has drawn attention to the fact that the mission is still ongoing by standing shirtless with his chest out, displaying a sharply defined face and a defined jawline. “Work in progress… sorry for the partial nudity … still long way to go to reach the goal,” he captioned his post.
Within a few hours, the post garnered over 6,000 likes and several comments. There was a flood of responses in the comment section. Some admirers were in awe of him, calling him a “beast” and appreciating the restraint that went into his transformation, while others missed the Ram Kapoor they had grown up seeing.

The controversial weight-loss medication Ozempic is something he has publicly denied using.

After he claimed that Ektaa had insisted on the now-famous kissing sequence between him and Sakshi Tanwar in Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, their tension became public knowledge. Ektaa responded by subtly criticising his attempts to lose weight, which only fuelled the breakdown rumours.
