The SC Receiver has got the approval of registration.
The stuck Amrapali projects have received approval from the Greater Noida Authority (Greno).
The National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) announced the completion of Supertech Limited’s housing projects in Noida and Greater Noida in three years. The stuck Amrapali projects have also received approval from the Greater Noida Authority (Greno). The 12,000 home buyers of Amrapali can celebrate Holi at their homes, if not Diwali. The Supreme Court Receiver has got the approval of registration from the Greno Authority. It means that the Amrapali home buyers can buy flats soon. The registration process can start by October. NBCC has handed over the keys of the completed flats and towers to the Supreme Court Receiver. Greno Authority has decided to issue conditional NOC for these projects this month. This will clear the way for the registration of thousands of home buyers of Amrapali’s five projects. Greno Authority has told the Court Receiver that the registration of home buyers will not be stopped due to dues.
The Court Receiver had applied to the Greater Noida Authority for the registration of five projects in Greno West. Now the Authority is going to issue conditional NOC for these. Due to this, the registration of 12,000 flats is expected to start by the first week of October.
In high-rise societies, NOC for registration is issued only based on the completion certificate. It cannot be issued by the concerned authority in Amrapali projects because it has not yet received its dues. NBCC will gradually complete the project followed by the payment of the dues of the authority will be paid from the money received from it.
Greno Authority is not issuing completion certificates, but will issue all kinds of clearances for these 5 projects and this will not stop the registration work. The Greno Authority will issue environmental clearance, fire safety certificate and lift-related clearance right now. In such a situation, the work of Amrapali’s stalled project is expected to be completed before Holi.
NBCC has set a target of building 26,000 flats in the first phase. These include 7 projects spread across Noida and Greater Noida. In Phase 2, as many as 19,559 flats will be constructed in Noida, Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida and Meerut.
