Melania Trump had a very relatable problem at her husband, Donald Trump’s inauguration on Monday: her feet were killing her.
Donald, 78, hilariously exposed her discomfort to the world during his speech just after he got sworn in as the 47th President of the United States.
While addressing the crowd, the new President praised his wife-of-nearly-20-years for ‘being incredible’ throughout his big day day, despite the fact that her feet were ‘absolutely aching.’
He added that she was going to give him ‘hell’ for sharing her feet problems to the entire nation.
‘I have a first lady who has been incredible,’ gushed Donald.
‘I shouldn’t say this. I’m going to get hell when I say this, but her feet are absolutely aching. You know, those heels.’
On her feet, Melania, 54, wore a pair of $825 navy blue Manolo Blahnik BB suede pumps at the event.
The shoes came with a four-inch heel, leather upper, lining and sole, and a pointed toe.

She paired the heels with a long, tailored navy-blue coat by American designer Adam Lippes.

While the exact price of the jacket is not known, a similar one is listed on Adam’s website for $4,290.
Underneath, she donned for a white wrap top, adding a pop to the otherwise classic outfit.
However, the real star of the show was her large navy wide-brimmed hat with a flat top and white trimming, designed by Eric Javits.
Not since Hilary Clinton, in 1993, has a First Lady opted for an inauguration-day hat, adding not only a touch of the theatrical to Melania’s ensemble but almost entirely obscuring her eyes.
The First Lady kept her hair tied back in an elegant bun and accessorized with tiny diamond studs.
She eschewed her favored European labels (despite having opted for both Dolce & Gabbana and Dior at the various pre-inaugural festivities), and shone a spotlight on two designers whose relatively unknown labels might now find a sudden uptick in sales thanks to this presidential patronage.
In a statement released Monday morning, Adam said it had been an ‘honor’ for his New York atelier to dress Melania for a tradition that ’embodies the beauty of American democracy.

Eric also proudly spoke about Melania wearing his hand-crafted creation, which he revealed he made himself.
In addition, he said that only eight percent of the hand stitching on the hat was machine-sewn.
‘No other hands touched it… prior to Herve [Pierre, Melania’s personal stylist] and the First Lady receiving it,’ he said.
