The loved-up couple packed on the PDA as they exited the star-studded bash, held at Brasserie Zedel in London.
They were followed out by Renee’s onscreen love interest Hugh Grant and his glamorous wife Anna Elisabet Eberstein, who also attended the premiere earlier in the evening.
Renee’s latest appearance sparked speculation that she is engaged to her boyfriend Ant Anstead.
The actress, 55, stole the show in a fuchsia pink gown as she graced the red carpet in Leicester Square earlier in the night, but it was an accessory on her finger that had fans talking.

The Texas born beauty and Anstead, 45 – a British TV presenter – have been dating since 2021.
He was not on the red carpet at Wednesday’s premiere, however the two were seen leaving the afterparty hand-in-hand.
Ant made sure to let Renee steal the spotlight as he waited to make an appearance until the afterparty following the glitz and glamour.
Renee and Ant couldn’t take their hands off each other as they called it a night and headed out.

Ant shares the little boy with ex-wife Christina Haack, who is in the process of divorcing her third husband Josh Hall.
He also shares daughter Amelie, 21, and son Archie, 18, with his ex-wife Louise Anstead.
Fans have previously suspected that Renee and Ant are married as the UK-bred television personality has referred to his lady as his ‘missus’ in several social media posts.
In July 2023, The US Sun reported that the Hollywood fixture told friends she and Ant were planning a wedding.
An insider told the outlet at the time, ‘Renee and Ant are keeping their plans incredibly private, they’re not planning a big public announcement.’
It was added that, ‘She has been telling her inner circle about organizing their nuptials. Everything will be very low-key.
