- Carrots – 5
- Serano pepper – 1 (optional)
- Garlic – (lots)
- Rice vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 2 tbsp
- Regular vinegar – 1/2tbsp
- Sesame oil – 2 tbsp
- Lime juice – 1 whole
- Sesame seeds – a palmful
Instructions
- Cut the carrots into ribbons after peeling them.
- Add the lime juice, rice vinegar, soy sauce, normal vinegar, sesame oil, and minced serano pepper.
- Add the sesame seeds after grinding them into a coarse powder.
- Before you start eating, give it a thorough toss and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. This recipe can be kept in the refrigerator as well.
