RHONY alum Jill Zarin’s daughter Ally Shapiro and Jordan Bilfeld SPLIT just two months after engagement

Ally Shapiro and Jordan Bilfeld have broken up just two months after their engagement.

An insider close to The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum, 31 — who was proposed to back in August — revealed to Page Six that the she and her ex-fiancé ‘made the difficult decision to end their engagement.’

A statement shared with the outlet on Thursday said: ‘After much reflection, [they have] made the difficult decision to end their engagement.

‘And as a family, we are focused on supporting [Ally] through this time. We appreciate your understanding and request privacy on this personal matter.’

The source also revealed that the former couple started to have ‘issues’ at their lavish engagement party in the Hamptons in September. 

The insider shared that Shapiro and Bilfeld felt tension between each other but hoped it would ‘settle down.’

And the shocking decision was made last week, catching close friends and family off guard.

Shapiro also deleted every trace of her relationship with the video producer from her Instagram, engagement photos and all. 

Bilfeld popped the question while on a glamorous vacation to Spain, accompanied by his ex’s family. The pair immediately took to social media to share the news of their engagement and flash the sparkling, diamond ring on her finger.

Ally held up her left hand to show the diamond sparkler while a GIF appeared on the screen that read, ‘OMG.’

Her mother, RHONY alum Jill, who was also on the trip with her boyfriend, Gary Brody, seemingly did not know of the proposal. And while being ‘shocked,’ the star revealed that she is ‘thrilled for the couple.’

The former RHONY star took to her Instagram to share a snippet just moments after Jordan had popped the question.

Shapiro and Bilfeld could be seen embracing near a swimming pool while a photographer snapped memorable photos of the special milestone. Other people could be heard applauding as they watched the public proposal.

‘I am speechless! Gary, Ally and Jordan and I have spent the last week on a Celebrity Cruise in Europe and we get off tomorrow,’ she explained to her fans.

‘After lunch Jordan asked Ally to go for a walk on the beach.. mind you after it poured for 30 minutes. Gary and I are just waiting for the check to come.’

She revealed that they then heard, ‘cheering and clapping and I started clapping and walk over to see over the railing and guess who just got engaged??? Surprise!!!!’

The former couple did not clarify the exact date of their split

Although it is not known when Shapiro and Jordan began dating, the two went Instagram official back in May 2022.

Since their split, Zarin had been helping her daughter move into a new apartment as she re-learns to navigate life as a single woman. 

The former couple did not clarify the exact date of their split.
