Viral sensation Sydney Thomas has finally revealed her extensive beauty routine as she prepares to step into the boxing ring – and even shared some of her biggest cosmetic secrets.
Thomas, 21, was catapulted into the spotlight as the ring girl in the now-iconic Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight in November, stealing the show as she dressed in an eye-popping, red-and-black short and sports bra set.
For those who are unfamiliar, a ring girl is typically a model who enters the ring in between rounds to announce what number they are on.
Thomas is now on her way to becoming a household name, and even signed to the sports division of the prestigious Creative Artists Agency.
Now, she’s sharing what it really takes to get herself looking picture-perfect before she clocks in, and it all starts with a good tan.
‘One of my biggest things is to look tan on camera,’ she explained in a new video posted to her TikTok account.
In the clip, she was wearing a a glittery blue bra with black mesh detailing, along with a pair of matching shorts.
‘So, I’m personally pretty pale on my own, but I do use self-tan to give myself just a little bit of a glow,’ she continued.

However, with the help of some self-tanning products, she’s able to glow from the inside out while in the ring.
‘I shower and exfoliate, and then after I get out, I use the Tanologist body tanning drops with lotion, and I sleep in that,’ she said of the product, which costs $23.99.
‘And then, the next morning, I will put on the Tanologist express tan, which adds bronzing to your skin, and let that develop as the day goes on, so by the time the fight comes around, your skin tone is just perfect,’ the University of Alabama student continued.
And, the Tanologist express tan won’t break the bank either, as the mousse retails for just $23.99 at Ulta.
To top it off, Thomas also uses a body glow mist, which leaves her skin looking shimmering and sparkling in the boxing arena.
‘I go in with this on my arms, on my stomach, and then if my chest was showing, I would put it on my chest as well, but really just anywhere where your skin is showing, you just want to glow,’ she said, as she sprayed the product all over her body.
It’s unclear exactly which brand of body glow she was using, but you can buy them for as low as $12.99 at stores like Ulta.
‘We bring this stuff with us to the fights, and reapply as the fight goes on, so we’re always glowing,’ she revealed of the body mist.

Next, Thomas moved on to some of the products that she uses on her face.
One of the most important parts of her camera-ready routine is making sure that her teeth are bright and white.
She uses Crest 3D Whitestrips to help achieve this, which can be easily found at drugstores like CVS and Walgreens, where a box of 22 retails for around $45.
‘One of the biggest things that stands out on camera is your teeth, so having white teeth is a huge thing, and I always get questions on how I keep my teeth so white,’ she explained.
‘The only product I use for whitening my teeth, other than brushing my teeth, is Crest 3D Whitestrips, and these things work like magic,’ the TikTok star promised.
Thomas shared that she puts them on for 30 minutes before an event, and can see a big difference in her smile’s color after taking them off.
She also highlighted the importance of a good setting powder, as the lights reflecting off of your face can sometimes make your skin look shiny or oily.

‘I’ve discovered that those are just too hard to deal with when you’re having to smile for an entire event,’ she said of other lip products, like lipsticks
‘Just put it under your eyes and then right over your forehead, works so well,’ she said.
And, last but not least, the viral ring girl revealed her biggest cosmetic secret – which was that she doesn’t wear a lip gloss, and instead, opts for a lip mask.
‘I’ve discovered that those are just too hard to deal with when you’re having to smile for an entire event,’ she said of other lip products, like lipsticks.
‘So what I use is a lip mask, this is actually a sleeping mask from Glow Recipe, but it just stays so much better,’ Thomas revealed of the $21 product.
To get a great lip look, the 21-year-old will line her lips with liner and then apply the mask on top.
‘It almost looks like a gloss, but it stays so much better, it keeps your lip so much more hydrated, and it doesn’t rub off when you’re smiling for hours straight,’ she explained.
And, thankfully, Thomas’ beauty routine won’t totally break the bank, either – the total comes out to a little over $150.
