Rhea Chakraborty has faced numerous challenges following the untimely and tragic passing of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Despite the hardships, she has shown remarkable resilience and is now seen as a mentor on Roadies XX. In a recent episode, after meeting a 57-year-old woman who impressed everyone with her fitness and determination, Rannvijay Singha shared some heartfelt reflections on his long friendship with Rhea.
Rannvijay, who has known Rhea since she was 17, praised her strength and character, noting that, despite her young age, she has been a source of inspiration for him. He admired her positive spirit and how she overcame the difficult phase in her life.
Rannvijay expressed, “I’ve known Rhea since she was 17 before she was of voting age. Seeing everything she has gone through, I can confidently say she’s someone from whom I’ve learned a lot. My brother and I, along with our families, have known her well. There are very few people younger than me whose lives I can learn from, and Rhea is one of them. She may be young, but Rhea, congratulations.”
When Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput passed away in 2020, Rhea Chakraborty faced heavy media attention and legal challenges. Despite all the hardships, the actress slowly returned to the industry. She is now a gang leader on Roadies XX and also runs a successful podcast on YouTube called Chapter 2. The podcast has hosted several high profile guests, including Aamir Khan, Honey Singh and Sushmita Sen, among others.
Meanwhile, Rannvijay Singha assigned the 57-year-old woman to Rhea’s team, believing she would handle her journey well. The woman, who completed her IIT after the age of 50, made history by becoming the first contestant to be selected to compete in the intense competition alongside much younger participants.
She truly began living at the age of 44 when her daughter encouraged her to complete her education, which included M.Tech and IIT. When she turned 54, she faced multiple health challenges, which led her to decide to change her lifestyle. Starting with simple running, she gradually started doing squats, lunges and even working out in the gym.
