Rupali Ganguly has shared a post on Instagram that included a photo of her son as he played table tennis.

Rupali Ganguly has been in the spotlight for a while, due to the buzz around her hit show Anupamaa and aspects of her personal life. Now, the actress is taking a break with her family. A few days ago, she flew off to Goa with her husband and kids. From there, Rupali has been sharing glimpses of her holiday, showcasing the moments with her little ones. In Instagram Stories, she even revealed her New Year resolution, giving fans a peek into her plans for the year ahead.
In the post, Rupali shared an adorable photo of her son playing table tennis. Alongside the picture, she wrote a note revealing her desire to play the game herself, even though sports aren’t her forte. Her message read, “My New Year resolution to learn table tennis… have never been a sports person, never been participated in school sports… But this is something I want to learn and play with my son one day. It’s his second day too at this. Proud mom”
The family’s vacation comes amid the controversy involving the daughter of Rupali Ganguly’s husband, Ashwin Verma, who made several accusations against the actress. While Rupali chose not to comment on the matter, she did respond by filing a Rs 50-crore defamation lawsuit with the help of celebrity lawyer Sana Raees Khan.
Amid the feud, Rajan Shahi, the producer of Anupamaa, expressed his support for the actress, sharing a heartfelt message on Instagram. Part of his note read, “Rupali, you inspire all of us each day, every moment, at DKP/Shahi Productions for your hard work, dedication, talent, honesty, integrity, and humility.”
Rupali Ganguly also expressed her gratitude to Rajan Shahi by sharing a birthday post for him on Instagram. In her carousel, she included pictures of them together over the years and wrote, “From being my director to my producer to becoming an extremely integral part of my life ….. the transition has spanned 24 years, especially since you got Anupamaa into my life 4 years back.”
Anupamaa, the daily soap, premiered on Star Plus in 2020 and has held the top spot in the TRP charts ever since.
