Sa Re Ga Ma Pa remains a prominent platform for aspiring singers to showcase their talent and launch careers in the music industry. The current season has featured some exceptional contestants vying for the coveted title. As the competition nears its finale, audiences have been treated to spectacular performances, all guided by renowned mentors Sachin-Jigar, Sachet-Parampara and Guru Randhawa. Recently, in the race to the finale, two contestants had the opportunity to perform their original tracks, with the chance to collaborate with the talented duo, Sachet and Parampara.
In the recent episode, viewers were treated to the Top 7 contestants’ most remarkable performances. But the standout moment came from contestants Ujwal Gajbhar and Parvathi Meenakshi, who showcased their first original song, Tere Sang. Composed by Sachet and Parampara, with lyrics by Priya Saraiya, the performance left a lasting impression. The mentors were impressed and couldn’t stop showering the contestants with compliments.
Sachet praised the duo saying, “Everything that is happening for you is purely by God’s grace, we’re simply the medium through which it’s unfolding. Speaking of their recording process, these two are incredibly skilled when it comes to singing in a studio setting. They picked up everything so quickly, their lines, the required style of delivery, everything,” as quoted by ETimes.
He added that they were able to record the entire song in just about two hours. Everything was flawless, from the delivery and projection to the pronunciation. He also mentioned that as they were writing the song, they kept Ujwal and Parvathi in mind, tailoring the composition to suit their style and envisioning how they would bring it to life.
Parampara added, “It’s truly an honour and a pleasure for us to know that when this song is seen on streaming platforms, all the names — Sachet-Parampara, Priya Saraiya, Ujwal Gajbhar, and Parvathi Meenakshi — are showcased together as a team.”
Sachet and Parampara have won the hearts of music lovers with hit songs like Bekhayali, Mere Sohneya, Malang Sajna, and Maiyya Mainu.
