Salman Khan launched a luxury watch worth Rs 36.6 lakhs in collaboration with Jacob & Co.
Bollywood actor Salman Khan has collaborated with American luxury jewellery and watch brand Jacob & Co. to launch an opulent watch that showcases Indian heritage at its finest. The actor took to his social media to share a video of himself unboxing the watch and talking about the story behind it. He mentioned that the watch is a tribute to his father, Salim Khan.
Taking to his Instagram, Salman Khan shared a video of himself unboxing the luxury watch. Called ‘The World Is Yours Dual Time Zone: Salman Khan Edition’, the intricate piece draws inspiration from a cherished vintage heirloom watch that was gifted to Jacob Arabo, founder of Jacob & Co., by his father. Salman wrote, “Proud to share that the @jacobandco X Salman Khan timepiece is now available at @ethoswatches. A tribute to the man who raised me, my father. Thank you, @jacobarabo.”

The watch features saffron and green highlights on the subdial that pay a nod to the Indian national flag, while the laser-engraved world map and ‘Salman Khan’ inscription on the case back symbolise the actor’s global reach. The watch features a blue PVD titanium dial, sapphire crystal, and displays dual time zones. The dial is adorned with a view of the Western Hemisphere. The crown on the right side of the case offers three functions: winding, setting the lower time zone, and setting the upper time zone, leaving it up to the wearer to define their home time.
