Mera Balam Thanedaar, a popular TV show featuring Shagun Pandey and Shruti Choudhary in the lead, is going off-air soon. While many suggested the show was being discontinued due to low ratings, several reports claimed it was due to the alleged unprofessional behaviour of Shruti. The cast and crew members have now shot the last episode and bid a heartfelt farewell to the audience. Reflecting on her journey, the actress highlighted how tough it is for her to leave the character of Bulbul.
Taking to Instagram, the actress shared a string of pictures of her character and wrote, “Bulbul. My hands are shaking as I am overcome with emotion. Thank you, Bulbul, for being a part of me and joining me on this emotional roller coaster. Thank you for always being there, on good and bad days. Thank you for teaching me so many things. It is really difficult for me to say goodbye to you, but I assure, you will always be an integral part of me.”
In a subsequent post, the actress shared a couple of pictures from the last day shoot of Mera Balam Thanedaar and wrote, “Thank you @shashisumeetproductions for making me part of this beautiful journey and giving me BulBul. Thank you @prashrathi @jitender_1408 @somani_sheetal @tarlok_rooprai for being so nice to me. A good show cannot be developed unless the team comes together as a family. Thank you for becoming my family.”
