Ex-Indian cricketer Shikhar Dhawan has made a substantial real estate investment by acquiring a luxury apartment at DLF’s The Dahlias for Rs 69 crore in Gurugram, according to a report by MoneyControl, citing documents accessed by CRE Matrix, a real estate analytics firm.
The super-luxury apartment spans 6,040 square feet and is situated in The Dahlias at DLF5 Golf Links in Gurugram’s Sector 54. Registered in the first week of February 2025, Dhawan paid a stamp duty of Rs 3.28 crore for the high-value property.
Documents indicate that the apartment’s cost is Rs 65.61 crore, with the total expenditure, including stamp duty, amounting to Rs 68.89 crore. The apartment features five parking slots.
The per square foot rate of the apartment on the carpet area is Rs 1,14,068.61, while on the super area, the rate is Rs Rs 1,08,631. This transaction is among the most expensive in India.
