The new mother shared her pregnancy journey on Instagram, offering a glimpse into her preparations for childbirth. Sonnalli’s workout video, showcasing her Swiss ball exercises during the ninth month of pregnancy, has gone viral, drawing praise from netizens. The video highlights how the Swiss ball workout helped her maintain strength, flexibility and balance during the final stages of pregnancy.
Sonnalli revealed that these exercises played a significant role in enabling her to have a normal delivery. She emphasised the importance of adapting one’s workout routine to the body’s changes during pregnancy. “Exercise is still useful in the 9th month,” she shared, encouraging expectant mothers to continue staying active while taking care of their health. Sonnalli acknowledged that while C-sections are necessary in certain situations, she made it a priority to work towards a natural birth.
