IndusInd Bank
The private sector lender has sold its microfinance institution (MFI) retail loan pool worth Rs 1,573 crore on a 100% cash basis. This move aims to optimize the bank’s balance sheet and enhance liquidity, reports CNBC-TV18.
Gensol Engineering
The company has bagged an EPC contract worth Rs 897.47 crore from NTPC Renewable Energy Development for 225 MW grid-connected solar PV projects at GSECL Solar Park, Khavda, Gujarat. The project includes three years of operation and maintenance.
Power Mech Projects
Power Mech Projects secured a Rs 186 crore contract from Jaiprakash Power Ventures. The order involves field operation and maintenance services for the Jaypee Nigrie Super Thermal Power Plant (2 x 660 MW) in Madhya Pradesh, effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2029.
Jubilant FoodWorks
The company signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Coca-Cola India to procure sparkling beverages and other products from Coca-Cola’s authorized bottlers. Marketing activities for these products will continue as usual.
NHPC
The loss due to the flash flood at Teesta-V Power Station in Sikkim has been revised from Rs 1,005.1 crore to Rs 1,075.97 crore. NHPC has received Rs 150 crore for material damage and expects Rs 250 crore for business interruption loss soon. Meanwhile, three units of the Subansiri Lower HE project (250 MW each) are expected to be completed by May 2025, with the remaining five units ready by May 2026.
Gujarat Fluorochemicals
The company’s Board approved the slump sale of a 57 MW captive power plant to its subsidiary IGREL Mahidad for Rs 200 crore. It also sanctioned investments of up to Rs 40 crore in IGREL Mahidad and Rs 200 crore in Flurry Wind Energy for a 26% stake. Additionally, Gujarat Fluorochemicals will purchase 107 MW from IGREL Mahidad and 350 MW from Flurry Wind Energy at Rs 4 per unit.
HMA Agro Industries
The Board approved Rs 160 crore in credit facilities from HDFC Bank.
Dixon Technologies
Its subsidiary, Dixon Electro Manufacturing, entered an MoU with Cellecor Gadgets to manufacture refrigerators and related components for the latter.
RBL Bank
The bank has exited its 8.16% shareholding in DAM Capital Advisors via an IPO offer-for-sale. Following the transaction, RBL Bank holds no equity in DAM.
Dhani Services
The subsidiary Juventus Estate has received registration for developing the “Indiabulls Estate & Club-I” residential project in Gurugram on Dwarka Expressway. The Board will meet on December 13 to consider raising funds through equity issuance.
SKF India
The company announced the demerger of its industrial business into SKF India (Industrial), creating two listed entities. Shareholders will receive 1 equity share in SKF Industrial for every share held in SKF India. The demerger awaits regulatory approvals.
Lemon Tree Hotels
A new Lemon Tree Hotel with 76 rooms will open in Bapane, Maharashtra, under a license agreement. The property, managed by Carnation Hotels, is expected to open in FY26.
