When you think of Sushmita Sen, among the many roles that she has performed, one that always stands out is her role as Miss Chandni in Main Hoon Na. How can one forget her stunning look in a red saree that highlighted her svelte frame? Recently, the actor took to her social media and posted some stunning pictures in a red saree, and we cannot help but picture her again as Miss Chandni.
Taking to her Instagram, Sushmita Sen shared a carousel post that included a series of pictures of herself in a red saree. Sharing the pictures, she wrote, “How I love a saree!!! And when it’s the colour Red…it’s a perfect embodiment of a life lived passionately!!!” The smooth fabric of the saree and the flowy drape were as filmy as it could get.

The red saree from Ekaya Banaras was crafted out of luxurious handwoven silk. She paired the saree with a deep neck matching sleeveless blouse that only increased the oomph. Styled by Theia Tekchandaney, Sushmita opted for a statement brooch to break the monotony of the red. An embodiment of her fiery energy, Sushmita ditched the usual floral brooches and went with a silver leopard brooch adorned with black dots. Apart from the brooch, she opted for pearl drop earrings which were encrusted with stones.
For the makeup, Sushmita went full glam. Makeup artist Shraddha Mishra gave the actor a flawless matte base which was topped with sharp contouring of her jawline. She opted for a coral blush for that flush of colour and just a hint of highlighter for that glow. She went with a soft smokey eye for the drama and coated her eyelashes with mascara. She left her hair loose in waves and gave it a side partition for that volume. She sealed her look with a kajal and a glossy lip.
