Symphony Ltd’s shares surged 12% intraday after strong Q4 earnings, with a 63% rise in consolidated PAT to Rs 79 crore.

Symphony Share Price: Symphony Ltd’s shares zoomed 12 per cent intraday on Thursday following the strong quarterly earnings in Q4. Air cooler company reported a 63 per cent jump in consolidated PAT in Q4 FY25 to Rs 79 crore, against Rs 48 crore in Q4 FY24. The board also declared a final dividend of Rs 8 per share for FY25.

This final dividend will bring the total shareholders’ payout to Rs 178.4 crore, representing 84% of the consolidated PAT for the fiscal year.

The scrip was trading 9.61 per cent higher on BSE to Rs 1308 apiece, against the day’s opening at Rs 1320.90 apiece and the previous close at Rs 1193.35 apiece.

Symphony Ltd has a market cap of Rs 8,968.48 crore and is part of BSE SmallCap.

Symphony FY25 Performance

The consolidated revenue from operations for FY25 stood at Rs 1,576 crores, reflecting a 36% growth compared to Rs 1,156 crores in FY24. The standalone revenue from operations increased by 49%, reaching Rs 1,182 crores in FY25 from Rs 796 crores in FY24. Consolidated EBITDA for FY25 was Rs 316 crores, marking an 83% increase from Rs 173 crores in FY24, while standalone EBITDA grew by 78% to Rs 287 crores from Rs 161 crores in the previous fiscal year. The consolidated EBITDA margin improved by 512 basis points to 20.05%, and the standalone margin increased by 404 basis points to 24.25%.

Regarding profitability, the consolidated PAT (Before Exceptional Items) for FY25 was Rs 250 crores, a 67% rise from Rs 150 crores in FY24. The standalone PAT (Before Exceptional Items) stood at Rs 247 crores, up 54% from Rs 161 crores the previous year. The consolidated PAT (After Exceptional Items) was Rs 213 crores, a 44% growth compared to Rs 148 crores in FY24, and the standalone PAT (After Exceptional Items) grew by 15%, reaching Rs 176 crores from Rs 153 crores in FY24.
