Launching a blistering attack against the Congress and other opposition parties in poll-bound Jharkhand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi accused them of never respecting tribals

Jharkhand has been a witness to tribal pride and dignity, and to tribal bravery that has protected India’s independence, culture and heritage, said Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday.
Launching a blistering attack against the Congress and other opposition parties in the poll-bound state, Modi accused them of never respecting tribals. “The Congress government gunned down tribals here. History is witness to how Kolhan posed a challenge to the tyrant English forces. Today, once again, Kolhan has decided to uproot the tyrant government of JMM-Congress-RJD,” he said during his public rally in Chaibasa, after he was felicitated by former chief minister Champai Soren and other BJP leaders.
“The RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) and Congress are the biggest enemies of the tribals. The JMM (Jharkhand Mukti Morcha) are supporting those who opposed the formation of Jharkhand,” he said.
