Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 10 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp macha sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • 220gms capellini pasta
  • 2 cups pasta water

Method

  1. 1. Add olive oil, minced garlic, salsa macha, and parsley in a cold pot. Add in a pinch of salt and saute well.
  2. 2. Remove the parsley once browned.
  3. 3. In another pot, heat water and add salt. Drop in your pasta once the water starts to boil and cook your pasta to al dente.
  4. 4. Set aside two cups of pasta water.
  5. 5. Add the pasta water to the garlic oil.
  6. 6. Add in the cooked pasta and throw in the chopped parsley.
  7. 7. Mix well. Roll and plate.
