He explained that during his early years in business, his father frequently visited Mumbai and often stayed at a hotel called Tip-Top, eventually bestowing the market name upon it.

Vikas mentioned that no other market in the country has the unique variety of crockery and household items available here. The market also offers a wide range of handloom products. Many of the goods sold here are imported from places like Thailand and Singapore, with items priced between Rs 200 and Rs 250.
