Frank will be joined by First Team Assistant Coach Justin Cochrane, Head of Performance and First Team Assistant Coach Chris Haslam and First Team Coach Analyst Joe Newton from Brentford, while First Team Assistant Coach Andreas Georgson joins from Manchester United.
The 51-year-old Dane penned a three-year-contract with the Capital City club. Frank took Brentford to the English top-fligth from the second-tier Championship during his lengthy tenure at the helm of the Bees.

Frank, who managed the U16, U17 and U19 sides for Denmark between 2008 and 2013 took up the Brondby head coach role in the year 2013, before joining PL side Brentford as an assistant coach in the year 2016. He took over as the gaffer of the Bees in 2018 and enjoyed an impressive run at the helm of Brentford until his decision to take the Spurs role.
Earlier in the week, Tottenham decided to part ways with former boss Ange Postecoglou as the London club gave the 59-year-old the sack on Friday.
Postecoglou, who led Tottenham to their first trophy in 17 years with the UEL title with a win over fellow PL strugglers Manchester United in the summit clash in Bilbao, only managed a 17th-place finish in the Premier League 2024/25 season.
