Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump vowed to create a Space National Guard if elected to a second term. Trump made these remarks while addressing the National Guard Association on August 26. The proposed reserve force will be designated to support the Space Force created by Trump in 2019 which currently has about 14,000 members.
