TOMI LAHREN: I was at Donald Trump’s inauguration ball alongside Mike Tyson and Jake Paul… here’s what really happened

Outkick star Tomi Lahren has lifted the lid on her wild evening at Donald Trump’s inaugural balls after the president was sworn in for a second term.

Mike Tyson, Jake Paul, Caitlyn Jenner, Conor McGregor and a host of MMA figures were among the sports stars who gathered in Washington to mark the start of what Trump called ‘the golden age of America’.

The inauguration ceremony for Trump and Vice President JD Vance was held inside the Capitol Rotunda on Tuesday afternoon.

Later that evening, the president did the rounds at different balls in the nation’s capital. Political and sports commentator Lahren, the host of Tomi Lahren is Fearless on OutKick.com went behind the scenes in Washington.

Speaking about YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul lifting Tyson on to his shoulders, just months after they fought in Dallas, Lahren said: ‘That was a great moment.’

She also told DailyMail.com why it was unlike any political event she has ever previously attended.

‘In 2017, I had to fear for my life – whether it was BLM (Black Lives Matter), Antifa, the women’s march the next day. It was just so hostile for Trump supporters,’ Lahren said.

‘This year it couldn’t have been more different… looking around at the balls, it was people from every walk of life,’ including ‘celebrities that would have never been vocal before.’

Lahren said the night was marked by ‘pure joy’. ‘I’ve never seen so much strong support for Donald Trump,’ she continued.

‘And DC is a completely different environment than I’ve ever seen it. You can walk around with a MAGA hat… and people aren’t following you or chanting or with signs.

‘The little protest that they tried to have was dismal at best. There’s just not the opposition that there used to be to Donald Trump. And even the Democrats, I think, secretly are really excited.’

UFC boss Dana White, golf star Bryson DeChambeau and former racing driver Danica Patrick are among the sports stars who were prominent Trump backers around the election.

Since his victory, meanwhile, several athletes including USMNT star Christian Pulisic, LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne and NFL rookie Brock Bowers have performed the ‘Trump Dance’.

‘It’s just completely different – people are no longer afraid to be Trump supporters,’ Lahren said.

Among the other stars who flocked to Washington were musicians Nelly, Snoop Dogg, Jason Aldean, Lil Pump, Billy Ray Cyrus and a cigar-smoking Kid Rock.

‘It was just an incredible turnout,’ Lahren said. ‘More love than I’ve ever seen for Donald Trump.’

She continued: ‘It was very, very cold. But that did not deter anybody – I saw people lined up for blocks wearing dresses and heels, and they waited for over an hour, maybe even multiple hours to get in.’

The only people who weren’t having a ball, Lahren insists, were the CNN reporters. ‘They did not look like they were enjoying themselves,’ she said.

Lahren offered a brutal comparison between Monday’s event and Democrat celebrations. There, she said, ‘you get the same Hollywood entertainment celebrities that seem to be very indulgent in themselves’ and ‘appear very elite’.

‘Last night when you see these celebrities, they love to be around Trump supporters,’ Lahren insisted. ‘They’re not too cool for school.

‘They’re shaking people’s hands and taking photos. It was just a completely different dynamic than I’ve ever seen before at any political event.’

Lahren also spotted a noticeable difference in the demeanor of Trump, who beat Harris after surviving two separate attempted assassinations.

‘After the assassination attempt, it went from defiance and maybe anger to just genuinely being happy to be alive and happy to be given a second chance,’ she said.

‘I do believe that he believes that his mission is from God, and that God spared his life so that he could do what he’s doing.’

She added: ‘What we’re seeing from Donald Trump now is just genuine appreciation…  when he comes out on stage, it’s just a different Trump. One that’s just genuinely happy and grateful to be there and knows he has a mandate from the American people, and he’s ready to deliver.’
