Travis Kelce gives awkward summary of New York trip with Taylor Swift on latest New Heights

Travis Kelce was in no mood to give details about his latest New York trip with Taylor Swift over the holidays during the latest New Heights episode.

The Kansas City Chiefs star and his older brother Jason were reflecting on how they spent the holidays in their first podcast episode of 2025.

After playing on Christmas Day against the Pittsburgh Steelers, Kelce headed to the Big Apple with his girlfriend.

They went out to dinner together across Manhattan during his stay and were pictured dining with Jack Antonoff – Swift’s producer – and his wife on one night.

But Kelce was in no mood to offer fans any further details during the ‘Out of the House’ section of their podcast.

‘What did I do? I didn’t do anything for New Years. I was stuck working on New Year’s Eve and New Years. That’s all I got,’ Travis offered.

Jason interjected: ‘Well, you went to New York.’

‘I did go to New York,’ Travis said. ‘I had some delicious food and got to see the big city, which I f***ing absolutely love. Love the big city.’

And with that, the brothers moved on to the next part of their show, without any direct mention of Swift or offering their listeners any more details about the trip.

Despite Kelce being coy, it was reported that Travis and Taylor spent New Year’s Eve together back in Kansas City due to Kelce needed to practice with his Chiefs team.

Page Six said the couple had a romantic night in and shared a kiss as the clock struck midnight.

Last weekend, Kelce headed to Denver with the Chiefs for their final game of the regular season against the Broncos.

The tight end sat out of the game thought, with Chiefs head coach Andy Reid resting all of his key men before the playoffs. And without their star men, the Chiefs were emphatically beaten in a 38-0 loss.

Kelce and the Chiefs have a bye week this weekend after locking up the AFC’s No. 1 seed with their Christmas Day triumph over the Steelers.

They will play the winner of Los Angeles Chargers and Houston Texans over the weekend of January 18-19.
