The Trump Organization is entering the Indian real estate market with Trump World Center Pune, a joint venture with Tribeca Developers and Kundan Spaces, aiming for $289 million in sales.

Tribeca Developers, a Mumbai-based luxury real estate developer, has announced the launch of Trump World Center, India’s first Trump-branded office space, in Pune’s upscale Koregaon Park neighborhood. The project, with a development potential of 1.6 million square feet, will feature luxury offices available for strata-sale and lease.
Tribeca: Exclusive Indian Licensor For The Trump Brand
Tribeca holds the exclusive licensing rights for the Trump brand in India, granted by The Trump Organization, owned by the Donald Trump family. The company has previously licensed the brand to developers like Lodha and Panchshil for Trump Tower residential projects in Mumbai and Pune. Building upon these collaborations, Tribeca has expanded its role to include development in partnership with other real estate firms and landowners, with projects already underway in Gurugram and Kolkata.
A Collaboration Between Tribeca, Kundan Spaces, and The Trump Organization
For the Pune project, Tribeca has partnered with Pune-based developer Kundan Spaces. The development will span a 4.3-acre land parcel, encompassing two 27-storey towers. Tribeca anticipates a revenue potential of approximately Rs 2,500 crore from the strata-sold component.

The property will feature a high-street retail component and India’s first Trump Club, offering business leaders a dedicated space for networking, meetings, and dining. This prestigious development underscores Pune’s growing prominence as a global business hub.
