Tucker Carlson went after two of his biggest critics for wearing a Donald Trump ‘skin suit’ while trying to influence the president with their aggressive anti-Iran stance.
Carlson had been ridiculed by Sen. Ted Cruz and conservative radio host Mark Levin after his stark warnings that Trump striking Iran could lead to nuclear war.
Wearing a ‘skin suit’ is presumably a reference to the pair being ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’ but in 2025 it is used as an insult in the online gaming world.
The ex-Fox News host also predicted any Iran attack could results in thousands of dead Americans and $30 a gallon gasoline.
But Trump’s decision to launch a massive military strike intended to terminate Iran’s quest for a doomsday nuclear weapon on Saturday was successful.
Trump ordered six B-2 stealth bombers to drop a dozen 30,000-pound ‘bunker buster’ bombs on Iran’s primary nuclear facility.
‘The strikes were a spectacular military success,’ Trump said in a late-night address to the nation from the White House on Saturday.
Days later, the president announced a ceasefire deal between Iran and Israel to end the fighting.
But the arrangement appeared to be in jeopardy as of early Tuesday after Trump accused both Israel and Iran of violating the deal.

Nevertheless, Carlson said he’s ‘so grateful’ that Trump brought a deal ‘in for a landing’ during an appearance on the After Party podcast with host Emily Jashinsky.
‘Right now it’s absolutely real and we should be thankful,’ he added.
The success of the ceasefire between Iran and Israel was called into question after both countries launched missiles at each other after it was announced.
Trump said that Iran ‘violated it but Israel violated it too,’ and added, ‘I’m not happy with Israel.’
The president later said the deal was ‘intact,’ after speaking with Israeli prime minister Bibi Netanyahu.
Carlson celebrated that Trump stopped short of pushing forward additional acts of war in Iran, which is what he said Cruz and Levin were ultimately pushing for.
‘How could you get upset by a ceasefire?’ he asked noting that the Iran war hawks ‘were stopped before getting what they wanted which is regime change and military occupation of Iran.’
Carlson had strong words for Levin, who expressed his frustration with the president’s decision to implement a ceasefire.
‘Mark Levin is a repulsive ghoul whose entire sex life consists of watching other people getting blown up,’ he said, repeating his warning that Levin ‘almost pushed the president of the United States into a path that would have destroyed the presidency.’
Carlson praised Trump for acting precisely, in an effort to slow Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon and triggering nuclear war.
‘Kudos, gratitude and more to Donald Trump for stopping that, but it’s not because he was following the advice of Mark Levin and Ted Cruz, I mean these people are buffoons,’ he said.
Carlson described them as ‘nihilists’ who hated Trump and everything he stood for, but tried to use him to achieve their priorities in the Middle East for the sake of Israel.
‘They’re all wearing Trump’s skin suit right now, because they think it suits their purposes, these are people who hated Trump, they are anti Trump they are never Trump,’ he said.

Carlson said the heated debate between controversial military actions in Iran revealed the truth about the people who ‘just don’t care about the United States.’
‘I’ve got nothing against Ted Cruz personally, I feel sorry for Ted Cruz, obviously a totally hollow person taking instructions,’ he said.
Trump decision to launch punishing air strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities led many war hawks to cheer his decision and brand his critics as disloyal and traitorous to the president and his movement.
Carlson expressed his alarm at investigative activist Laura Loomer for her online attacks on him for criticizing the air strikes.
‘Laura Loomer, the world’s creepiest human. I don’t even know where she came from or who she is exactly,’ he said, describing her as ‘bizarre’ for claiming to be ‘Donald Trump’s defender!’
‘They didn’t get what they wanted, and thank God they didn’t,’ he said.
He conceded that Trump’s decision to strike Iran ‘scared the crap out of me,’ but that he was grateful for news of a ceasefire.
‘Why wouldn’t I be afraid its a threat to my country?’ he said. ‘So I’m a pussy for being afraid? Okay, I’m a pussy.’
Carlson called out war hawks like Bill Kristol, John Bolton for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan for trying to take over Trump’s presidency, even after their ‘really bad ideas’ failed overseas and ‘hurt the United States’ and ‘destroyed Europe.’
‘I don’t care what people think about me at this point, I’m 56,’ he said. ‘I’ve been wrong many, many, times. I’ll be wrong many, many more times.’
