Russia’s foreign minister said Ukraine’s ATACMS missile attack on Bryansk was a clear signal that the West wants escalation. Earlier, Ukraine’s military claimed a strike on the arsenal of the 1046th Logistics Support Centre in the area of Karachev in Bryansk region of Russia. Kyiv’s forces have previously deployed the ATACMS only against Russian targets in occupied Ukrainian territories. Ukraine’s foreign minister hailed the permission to use the missiles for strikes inside Russia as a potential “game changer” in the nearly three-year old war.
