Police are urgently hunting for a four-month-old baby and her 17-year-old mother who vanished over 24 hours ago.
Skye Conway, 17, from Medway, Kent, was last seen with the daughter near Strood town centre at around 7.30pm yesterday.
Kent Police said they are ‘growing increasingly concerned’ for the welfare of the mother and baby.
Skye was last seen wearing a grey Nike Tech fleece over a black vest, black leggings and black Crocs or Nike Jordan trainers.

She is described as being around 5ft6in with curly black hair and brown eyes.
Her baby daughter was in a buggy and also has curly black hair.
Kent Police are appealing for anyone who may have information about their whereabouts to come forward.
