They’re some of the most popular TVs in the UK.
But if you have a Sky Glass or Sky Stream device, you might want to check that it’s working this morning.
Sky’s Help Team has alerted users to a glitch, which it claims it is urgently investigating.
The glitch sees TVs displaying an on screen message that claims you must upgrade your subscription to watch various channels.
The issue will likely irk many users – particularly as it comes just days after a previous ‘technical issue’, which left users unable to turn on their TVs.

Sky’s Help Team confirmed the glitch on X (formerly Twitter) last night, but it is yet to be resolved
Several users have flocked to X (formerly Twitter) to report the issue.
‘Hi SkyTV I’m going to be honest, paying out for a tv licence and then your monthly fees on top, to be told I need to upgrade to watch BBC 1 or any other channel, is starting to annoy me,’ one user wrote.
‘Last week couldn’t watch tv because of the sky glass problems, now this.’
Another added: ‘Tired of this now Sky. No Sky Glass, nothing from Thursday 19 Sept 8:22am until late afternoon Saturday 21 Sept.
‘Now, channels we have already paid for stating “to watch this you need to upgrade” First World problem, but it does p you off. No mention of a refund for poor service.’

One user vented: ‘why does my sky glass all of a sudden say I cannot see gbnews? Says my subscription all of a sudden is out of date. And don’t give me an option to upgrade? Weird. No notice. No texts no emails. wtf?’

Sky’s Help Team confirmed the glitch on X (formerly Twitter) last night, and is yet to provide an update.
‘We’re aware some Sky Glass/Stream customers may have an on screen message saying “to watch this, you need to upgrade your subscription” on various channels,’ it tweeted.
‘Support teams are investigating.
‘Apologies for any inconvenience caused.’

Unfortunately, the reason for the glitch remains unclear, and Sky is yet to release a fix.
It comes just six days after hundreds of customers reported a technical issue that left them unable to turn on their TVs.
Sky apologised for that previous outage and released a fix within a few hours.
‘If you’re currently still experiencing issues trying to switch on Sky Stream/Glass, please follow these steps,’ it tweeted, alongside a link to its help page.
MailOnline has contacted Sky for further information on the latest issue.
