14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi entered his name in the history books on Monday (April 28) by becoming the youngest batter in the world to score a century in men’s cricket.

Rajasthan Royals opening batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi entered his name in the history books on Monday (April 28) by becoming the youngest batter in the world to score a century in all forms of men’s cricket. The left-handed batter from Bihar, who is 14 years and 32 days old, scored a 35-ball century for RR on Monday against Gujarat Titans at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

The cricketer from Bihar, who was playing only his third match in the world’s richest franchise cricket league on Monday, crossed the 100-run mark with a six on the second ball of the 11th over of RR innings bowled by Rashid Khan. He scored seven fours and 11 sixes to complete his maiden IPL century.
