Heart-Shaped Cake by Nikita Verma
Ingredients:
Heart Cake: 3/4 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1.5 cups refined flour, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, ¼ cup milk, red/pink food color.
Chocolate Cake: 1/2 cup oil, 2 eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 tsp coffee, 1 tbsp vanilla essence, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup refined flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 cup milk.
Method:
For the heart cake, preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a baking tray and whisk oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, fold in flour, baking powder, salt, and milk. Add food coloring, mix, and bake for 45 minutes.
For the chocolate cake, repeat the same method with chocolate ingredients. In a greased loaf pan, place the heart-shaped cake upside down, cover with chocolate batter, and bake for 45 minutes. Cool and slice.
Heart-Shaped Pizza by Shagun Malhotra
Ingredients: Bread slices, pizza/pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, vegetables (broccoli, corn, capsicum, onion), oregano, chili flakes.
Method:
Cut bread slices into halves, fold into a heart shape with a toothpick.
Apply pizza sauce, cheese, and veggies.
Bake at 180°C for 5-6 minutes or until cheese melts. Top with oregano and chili flakes.

Ingredients: 150g all-purpose flour, 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 56g butter, 150g caster sugar, 1 egg, 110g oil, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp red gel color, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 120g buttermilk.
Method:
Preheat oven to 170°C. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, oil, and buttermilk.
Mix in red gel color, vinegar, and sifted dry ingredients.
Spoon batter into cupcake tray and bake for 20-25 minutes. Frost with cream cheese.

Ingredients: 2 cups ragi flour, 1 cup jaggery powder, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp desiccated coconut (optional), 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 cup full-fat milk, 1/2 cup curd, 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C. Whisk together curd, oil, milk, and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients and fold them into the wet ingredients.
Pour batter into greased tin and bake for 45 minutes. Cool and garnish with chocolate sauce or ganache.
Red Velvet Lava Cake recipe by Neha Deepak Shah
Ingredients:
Wet: 50g white chocolate, 25g butter, 1/2 tsp vanilla essence, 2-3 drops red color, 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp warm milk.
Dry: 1/2 cup maida, 1.5 tsp cocoa powder, 1/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking powder.
Vanilla ice cream for serving.
Method:
Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Melt white chocolate and butter, mix in milk, vanilla, and red color.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, pour into greased ramekins, and bake at 210°C for 8-9 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
