James Kennedy has been arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
DailyMail.com has learned that Kennedy was arrested on a domestic violence charge, after attending Kathy Hilton’s Christmas bash with girlfriend Ally Lewber on Tuesday.
TMZ has reported that Kennedy was detained after Burbank police responded to a call about an argument between the Vanderpump Rules alum and a woman.
A witness claimed to have seen Kennedy and the woman arguing, and the reality star is said to have at one point grabbed the female, according to TMZ.
Offices say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman.
The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.

He was released after paying a $20k bail. The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is now looking into the case for potential charges.
Kennedy has been dating Lewber since 2022, following the end of his engagement to Rachel Leviss.
The news also comes weeks after it was revealed that the Bravo show will star a completely new cast for season 12 in a major reboot.
The new cast consists of ‘close-knit SUR-vers who are as complicatedly involved with one another as their iconic predecessor,’ the network said as they announced the show’s renewal.
