A loss this late in the college football season could derail any hopes your team may have of making the College Football Playoffs – and one Tennessee fan might have watched her team’s chances implode in real-time.

ESPN cameras caught one blonde fan of the Volunteers looking particularly upset late in the fourth quarter as No. 7 Tennessee played No. 12 Georgia on Saturday.

By the time her face was shown on the screen, the Bulldogs of Georgia had built an insurmountable 31-17 lead over the Volunteers late in the fourth quarter.

After cameras broadcast her image to millions of viewers around the country, many users on social media began to compare her to celebrities and even works of art as she went viral.

The popular account ArtButMakeItSports compared her look to that of American pop artist Roy Lichtenstein.

Others believed she bore a striking resemblance to Sydney Sweeney, WWE superstar Alexa Bliss, or Hailey Welch – more commonly known as the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl.

‘I’ve seen this look,’ one user on X, formerly Twitter, posted, ‘It’s usually after I get asked “Do you have to watch replays of college football games all week and then watch 12 hours every Saturday too!?” Yes.’

Another user posted her picture with the joke, ‘When my wife asks me what time it is and I tell her “time for you to get a watch” for the 2,000th time.’

‘She looks pretty… pretty sad,’ another user joked. Another said, ‘I know a vodka-cran hate to see her coming after a Vols L.’

The seventh-ranked Volunteers suffered their second loss of the season with this defeat to Georgia, which could complicate their hopes for the College Football Playoff.

According to ESPN’s College Football Playoff predictor tool, Georgia currently has a 92 percent chance of making the playoff while Tennessee has a 66 percent chance.

If the Volunteers win their final two games of the season against UTEP and rivals Vanderbilt, but miss out on the SEC Championship game, ESPN puts them still at an 83 percent chance of making the CFP as a nine-seed.

But, if Tennessee does make the SEC title game – and they lose – their chances drop to 24 percent.

It’s as tight a race as ever to the end of the season – with many teams jockeying for one of 12 spots in the playoffs.
