Vivo has launched the new X200 flagship phone series in China this week. The series includes three models: the X200, X200 Pro and the X200 Pro Mini, with the Mini version being a first for the X-series. As successors to the Vivo X100 series, these new devices feature significant upgrades in performance, battery life and camera capabilities, promising an enhanced user experience. Here are all the details about the new X200 series devices from the company.
Vivo X200 Series Features
The Vivo X200 features a 6.67-inch 10-bit OLED LTPS quad-curved display with Zeiss Natural Colour support, offering high-frequency PWM dimming for flicker reduction, HDR 10+ support, and an impressive peak brightness of 4,500 nits, according to Gadgets 360. It is powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, ensuring exceptional performance for gaming, multitasking, and everyday tasks.
The X200 boasts a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies and video calls, it is equipped with a 32MP front-facing camera, ensuring clear and vibrant images. The device packs a 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired charging support.
Vivo X200 Pro comes with a slightly larger 6.78-inch with 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate, providing a smooth and bright visual experience with up to 4500 nits of peak brightness. It is also powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC for good performance.
As for the optics, the Pro version also comes with a triple rear Camera setup comprising a 50MP LYT-818 primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a powerful 200MP Zeiss APO telephoto camera, offering an enhanced photography experience with its advanced zoom capabilities. This also has a 32MP front camera, similar to the standard model.
The X200 Pro packs a 6,000 mAh battery and supports 90W fast charging.
Vivo X200 Pro Mini serves as a compact alternative to the Pro model, featuring a 6.3-inch OLED display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, making it an ideal choice for users who prefer smaller phones. It is powered by the same Dimensity 9400 chipset, ensuring fast and efficient performance.
The device also boasts a triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50MP LYT818 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope lens that provides up to 100x digital zoom, enhancing its photographic capabilities.Talking about the battery, the device packs a 5,700 mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. Notably, all these devices come with IP68+IP69 water and dust resistance.
Vivo X200 Series Pricing
Vivo X200 price starts at 4,299 CNY (Rs 51,000 approx) for the 12GB+256GB variant, while the 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB and 16GB+1TB variants costs 4,699 CNY (Rs 55,700 approx), 4,999 CNY (Rs 59,300 approx) and 5,499 CNY (Rs 65,200 approx) respectively.
The X200 Pro, on the other hand, starts at 5,299 CNY ( Rs 62,800 approx). And finally, the starting price of the X200 Pro Mini is 4,699 CNY (Rs 55,700 approx) for the 12GB + 256GB version and goes up to 5,799 CNY (Rs 68,800 approx) for the top 16GB+ 1TB version.
