Youth sensation Diljit Dosanjh headed to the national capital and met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on New Year’s Day. On Wednesday, the Punjabi actor-singer visited the PM dressed in an all-black pantsuit. To make their meeting memorable, Diljit presented the Prime Minister with a poster of his electrifying Dil-Luminati tour of India. Well now, videos of him returning to Mumbai after their ‘very memorable’ meeting have surfaced online. In the video shared by Varinder Chawla, we can see the handsome hunk exiting the airport.

In the clip, we can see tonnes of excited kids approaching him to click a selfie with the Punjabi singer. The singing sensation, not leaving his fans disappointed, graciously paused and posed for a selfie with a fan. His calm demeanour won hearts, and fans flooded the comments section of the post with heart and fire emoticons.
The actor and singer shared his bliss upon the meeting on X. He described their meeting as ‘very memorable’ and expressed that it was a fantastic start to the year. He also revealed that they discussed a range of topics, including music. He wrote, “A fantastic start to 2025. A very memorable meeting with PM @narendramodi Ji. We talked about a lot of things, including music, of course!”
Responding to his tweet, Prime Minister Narendra Modi dropped a glimpse of their meeting with the actor-singer. “A great interaction with Diljit Dosanjh! He’s truly multifaceted, blending talent and tradition. We connected over music, culture, and more,” he shared.
Talking about Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-Luminati Tour in India, the singer ended his blockbuster tour with an electrifying performance in Ludhiana. The event, held at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU) grounds on New Year’s Eve, marked the culmination of his two-month nationwide tour, which kickstarted on October 26 in New Delhi. He performed in major cities, including Mumbai, Indore, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Chandigarh and Guwahati, enthralling fans with his chart-topping hits. His tour has been a star-studded affair, with Bollywood biggies like Deepika Padukone, Dia Mirza, Dulquer Salmaan and Kartik Aaryan making surprise appearances.
On the professional front, the actor will be next seen in Border 2. The film, which is now in production, boasts a talented cast including Sunny Deol, Ahan Shetty and Varun Dhawan. Other than this, he also has No Entry 2, directed by Boney Kapoor, in his exciting lineup.
