The latest episode of WWE RAW opened with Logan Paul revealing his aspirations of winning the World Heavyweight Championship. He is set to face Jey Uso in a title clash at Saturday Night’s Main Event, scheduled to take place in Florida on May 24. When Paul was addressing the RAW audience, Gunther appreciated his confidence. The former Heavyweight Champion then spoke about his plans to reclaim the title. Paul was alone in the ring when Jey showed up and took him down with a huge superkick. Backstage, Roxanne Perez signed a new contract with WWE to become a member of RAW.
Later on the show, the Judgement Day clashed against AJ Styles and Penta in a tag-team match,Sheamusand Grayson Waller went head-to-head in a singles bout. Perez competed in a Money in the Bank Qualifier featuring Becky Lynch and Natalya as her opponents. The roster also included a qualifying match between Rhea Ripley, Zoey Stark and Kairi Sane, and a singles bout involving Jey Uso and Bron Breakker. Let’s take a look at the results of those fights–
Judgment Day vs AJ Styles & Penta:
JD McDonagh faced off against Styles, who took over control with a wristlock. Penta tried to regain momentum, catching Balon in the Calf Crasher, but McDonagh made the save. Penta came back with a big dive and followed it up with The Sacrifice on Balor. Cartilo ran a distraction, but Balor got rid of him before using the Coup de Grace on Penta to seal the win.
Money In The Bank Qualifier:
The three-way bout turned a bit chaotic, with everyone making their best efforts to earn qualification. Natalya and Perez were trading strikes when Lynch attempted a manhandle slam. Her move, however, was blocked by Lyra Valkyria. Perez ultimately knocked down Natalya with the Pop Rox to win the match.
Grayson Waller vs Sheamus:
Austin Theory caused an interference, which led Sheamus to hit Waller with the White Noise. He then came up with The Beats of the Bodhran and the Brogue Kick to finish the business.
Money In The Bank Qualifier:
Sane came back on RAW almost six months later. Stark failed to continue for long due to a knee injury, which she sustained while trying a dropkick off the top rope. Rhea claimed an easy victory, taking down Sane with the Riptide.
Jey Uso vs Bron Breakker:
Uso started on a strong note before Breakker countered with a running spear. He attempted a Powerbomb, but Uso returned with a big Samoan Drop. Paul Heyman distracted the official, and Breakker took the chance to set up a steel chair shot. Seth Rollins came forward and attacked Uso, who won via disqualification as the match was abruptly called off.
