Kate Hudson isn’t quite ready to leave her Hawaiian getaway behind.
The 47-year-old actress shared a series of vacation throwbacks on Instagram, including photos from a recent trip to Hawaii for a friend’s wedding.
In one photo, Hudson showed off her toned figure in a bright red bandeau bikini while relaxing on the beach with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.

The “Song Sung Blue” star wore dark sunglasses and a gold necklace, with her blonde hair pulled back as she sat beside Fujikawa, who went shirtless in patterned swim trunks and a baseball cap.
“Mentally still here,” Hudson captioned the Instagram carousel.

Another photo captured Hudson soaking up the sun alongside a friend as the two lounged on separate white towels spread across the sand.
Hudson wore the same red bikini while her friend opted for a black two-piece. Both accessorized with dark sunglasses as they enjoyed the sunny weather.

The actress’s followers were quick to react to the vacation photos, with several praising her appearance.
“I feel like all the women I grew up with and watched on tv, who are around the same age as me, are absolutely glowing in their 40s-50s era,” one person commented.
“There’s a confidence, a freedom and a beauty that comes with this stage of life. You’re glowing, Kate.”

The beach getaway also included a glamorous evening celebrating a friend’s wedding.
In another photo, Hudson traded her bikini for a strapless, floor-length gown covered in shimmering embellishments as she posed with a friend wearing a white feather-trimmed dress.
The two smiled for the camera while holding drinks at an outdoor reception decorated with elaborate white floral arrangements.

While Hudson was celebrating someone else’s wedding in Hawaii, she has been candid about the challenges of planning her own.

The actress has been engaged to Fujikawa since September 2021, but the couple has yet to walk down the aisle.
During a September appearance on the “Sibling Revelry” podcast, which she co-hosts with her brother, Oliver Hudson, the actress admitted that the size of their family has made wedding planning complicated.
“I still am not married. I’m just engaged,” Hudson said during a conversation with actresses Joey and Hunter King.

“And I keep thinking about wedding. You know, like, what are we going to do? And then every time we started thinking about who we have to invite, and Danny’s like, ‘I just want a small wedding.’
“Our family alone is like 50 people.”
Hudson also acknowledged the expense of planning a wedding while discussing the elaborate celebrations some couples organize.

“That’s part of why I don’t want to get married,” she said. “I’m like, ‘It’s too expensive. I just want like hors d’oeuvres.'”
Hudson and Fujikawa began dating in 2016 after knowing each other for years through mutual friends. They welcomed their daughter, Rani Rose, in October 2018.
The actress is also mom to sons Ryder Robinson, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Robinson, and Bingham Bellamy, whom she shares with former fiancé Matt Bellamy.

Although it seems like she’s torn over the idea of a wedding, Hudson has made it clear that Fujikawa is the one for her.
In a 2019 interview with Women’s Health, she described him as a supportive partner who shares her commitment to family.
“I’ve got the best man,” she said. “It’s the first time I feel like I have a real teammate in this.”
