In 2011, Sameer co-founded Healthkart with Prabhat Tandon. Initially, a small venture selling health and fitness products, it grew into a major brand.
In 2015, they spun off 1MG, which later became part of the Tata Group. By 2022, Healthkart had raised $135 million, reaching a valuation of $500 million (approx. Rs 4500 crore).
