Alvarez vs Mbilli | Saturday, Oct 31, 2026 | Expected Fight Time: 6:00 pm ET | Kingdom Arena, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | DAZN Pay-Per-View
The two fighters are almost ready to take the ring. This should be one of the better fights of the year, and Alvarez is looking to win away the Super-Middleweight championship from Mbilli. Let’s take a look at the careers of both fighters before they put their dukes up.
Canelo Alvarez is one of the most dominant and decorated fighters of the past two years. He captured his first title when he was just 20 years old (the WBC light middleweight title). At 23, he fought Mayweather and lost via decision. It wasn’t just the light middleweight where he found success. Alvarez took the middleweight title and the light heavyweight title. He defeated three fighters en route to the super middleweight title, becoming the first undisputed champion in boxing history. His most recent fight came against Terence Crawford, and he lost his status and title.
Christian Mbilli is one of the most explosive, relentless pressure fighters in the super-middleweight division. He is a former Olympic boxer, reaching the quarterfinals before losing. Mbilli made his debut in 2017, winning with a knockout. In fact, just over 80% of his matches have been won via knockout. Over the past few years, he has battled some strong competition, but won each of the tests. With a TKO of Maciej Sulecki, he won the WBC interim super-middleweight title and then moved up to full status after beating Lester Martinez.
Two great battles with extensive histories exclusive of each other have each other tonight. Which will come out on top? Make the call with Underdog by wagering $10 and earning $50 in bonus bets using code FOXNEWS.
