Satyanarayana Raju bowled a slow ball that even the speed gun did not register a number during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 clash between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on Saturday.
On the second ball of the 13th over, Satyanarayana bowled a back-of-the-hand slow bouncer that took forever to reach Jos Buttler, who remained patient and smashed the ball to the boundary with a well-timed pull shot.

As for the result of the match, Gujarat Titans thrashed Mumbai Indians by 36 runs for their first win this IPL season.
Gujarat rode on Sai Sudharsan’s 63 off 41 balls to post 196/8 after being invited to bat first. Mohammed Siraj and Prasidh Krishna then led the bowling charge to limit the opposition to 160/6 as five-time winners Mumbai went down to their second straight loss in the 18th edition of IPL.
“I was itching to bowl. We were sitting and watching how the first innings went. So we understood that cutters into the wicket were working well,” Siraj said.
“Tough to put it together, I think in batting and bowling we were 15-20 runs short in both places,” said MI captain Hardik Pandya.
“We were not professional in the field, we made basic errors and that cost us 20-25 runs and in a T20 game that is quite a lot,” he added.
